It is official. . . we are off to the races! The Crew walked unto the hollowed grounds where the likes of Barbaro, California Chrome, and Secretariat won memorable races. The Crew experienced what it felt like to be in the stands of Churchill Downs, the scenic surroundings of the stadium, and have their own horse race inside the Kentucky Derby Museum. Following an 18 minute film on the makings of a Kentucky Derby winner, students "pranced" around the museum acting like it was Derby Day. No character development with this story and I promise to include the Crew in future pictures. Off to the famous Joe Huber Farm for a great meal tonight!
