Picture after 3 hours of waiting on the bus to be fixed... Molly wants to show those pearly whites. She informed me that she brushed this morning.

Well the day started out with the bus cranking and the day ended up in Gold Beach! Between those times though it became a little interesting. I forgot to mention the bus stopped at the hotel in Seattle after it was cranked. After a few hours of waiting on the mechanic and then working on the bus, we were finally off to Gold Beach, Oregon. Being behind schedule, we had to skip our Olympia, Washington your with our tour guide and keep trucking it to our destination.
While one might think today was uneventful, I would beg to differ. We did stop for a quick lunch break and rest stop but we also took in a lot of great, picturesque scenes. The pictures above show that, especially all the coast.
We finally arrived at Jott's Fishing Resort before sunset. The loading crew set a GWT record in unloading and everyone quickly put their stuff in their rooms because they wanted to go eat dinner. And my o my was it a dinner. We had smoked chicken, ribs, and BBQ as well as baked beans. The ribs were some of the best ribs I had ever ate (for all you amateur grilling smokers, 8 hours at 200 degrees).
Our annual celebration of birthdays happening on the trip occurred routinely as Hattie, Chaperone Amber, Rob, and a Mr. Middleton (really PJ but the DJ may have made a mistake). The birthday cake was awesome (both chocolate and vanilla).
The climax of the day, without question, was the karaoke singing. Now it is important to understand my scale; I'm not judging quality of singing but quantity of good, old time fun. The kids had a blast. I didn't find any upcoming Taylor Swifts or Jusin Biebers but their singing will suffice in their own cars! After a rather loud night, The Crew settled down to their rooms and prepared for the next day: San Francisco. Signing off GWT!
