Standing outside of the show we saw: V The Ultimate Variety Show. These boys are super excited for it.
Walking around the Miracle Mile
Our rest stop... A rain in Las Vegas (which is rare)
Moments before the show started... We were advised not to take photos during the show
Going down the Las Vegas strip
More in the strip
Flamingo on the strip
We awoke in the morning to a good breakfast and a great road trip. Not only did the scenery change from coastal areas to dessert, the temperature also spiked. I think the highest temperature we saw was 110 degrees! The rain helped us out in Las Vegas, dropping the temperature to 85 degrees.
Once in Las Vegas, we checked in to our hotel and headed out for the Miracle Mile. Here The Crew were given $10 each for their dinner at the mall. We then lined up to enter into the world of Las Vegas show business.
In the Variety Show, we saw everything from juggling, rhythmic gymnastics, contortionist act, comedy, majic, and probably the favorite act was the 3 "little people" act. The Crew, perhaps me being the leader, were rolling in astonishment and/or laughter the whole show.
Upon exiting the show, we jumped on the bus and went for a scenic ride down the Las Vegas strip. The "oooosss" and "ahhhhsssa" were ever present on the bus after we passed sites such as the Mirage, Flamingo, Ceaser's Palace, and the Bellagio. I heard a lot of conversations on the bus involving the words "when I get older" and "I'm coming to Vegas." Well, on the Grand Western Tour, we went through the Las Vegas strip, providing an experience most of The Crew had not experienced yet. It is important to note we were either in a confined mall or on a bus in Las Vegas! After a safe day, we turned off the lights for an early morning wake up the next morning. Signing off GWT!
